Im the past after I prayed I have realised that I have prayed 1 or 2 minutes before the time for prayer I asked a brother back then he said it is valid but now I know the Brother is not sahih should I repeat the prayer from back then or is he right?

U have to make sure: did the time actually enter or not. because the athan could be after the time and u said only 1 minute. But if the athan is accurate exactly not even 1 minite delay then u repeat.
