A certain job needs a license to work but for the training you are not given that license yet by the people is this dishonest since you did that work without the official license and on the job they even told you to write someone else’s signature but you didn’t is this dishonest? is this money halal

You should not impersonate someone else ever. As for if they hired u and they know u don't have the license there is no problem in that as they decide whom do they want to join.
