I am worried about phrases said in my area so when I hear anyone say phrases I’m doubtful of I leave because I have heard scholars like sheikh Fawzan, luhaidan, etc. say there is no excuse for ignorance for shirk. I don’t know how to deal with this and would appreciate if you could advise me.

The issue u just spoke about u don't understand correctly therefore it is not so simple as if someone made a mistake in a word he is a kafir and not excused. Be careful of incorrect understanding.
