Salam Ustadh, I live and work in Tasmania where halal options are very limited. A restaurant offers non-alcoholic batter on request, but usually uses beer and wine, claiming it "cooks out." Is it okay to eat the custom dishes? I'm worried about cross-contamination and alcohol residue in this area.
