اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ I have a tenancy agreement with an individual where they are renting the place. They want me to pay a security deposit of 400 CAD and I get it back if no damages are done to the property at the end of the lease. Is this permissible?
