When praying alone does a person say the takbeer ,"SamiAllahuliman hamidah" and "rabbana walakal hamd" out loud or silently?

You can say out loud in night voluntary prayer, and silent in day voluntary prayers, alsunnah alratibah is silent, and Allah knows best.
