Ofcourse go now and apologize to him don't waste time. Apologize for raising your voice and treating him badly. If he tells u to do something forbidden, respect him, speak kindly, maybe a nice little advice not in a direct way, make dua for him, and do not obey him in the disobedience of Allah.
