Is it permissible to perform Umrah while I still have an outstanding debt? The creditor has consented for me to go for Umrah and to make the payment in the future whenever it's possible. Would it be permissible for me to go for Umrah and will it be valid?

It is allowed but, these are the rights of people akhi, pay them their rights then when Allah bestows upon you, you can go for umrah.
