السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أحسن الله إليكم Sheikh sometimes my thoughts are extremely bad إنّ الله تجاوز عن أُمَّتي ما حدّثت به أنفسَهَا، ما لم تعمل أو تتكلّم Does this imply that I would speak about these thoughts to someone it would be a sin? How does one cure himself from mental diseases

If you speak about them meaning them and desiring them etc not thay u mention to a sheikh to help u for example. Anyway if u don't speak about them thry go away
