Ahsanallahu ilaykum I wake up at 2 am to work. Can I pray isha immediately after maghrib (combining) is it a necessity? I can’t get enough sleep

Ofcourse I need more details, cant u nap for example to make up for the missed hours, but in cases of urgency and no possible alternative whatsoever then you can combine until you find a better job where you can pray or do hijrah if u r in a non Muslim country.
