Assalamwaleikum shaykh when going to Umrah can one trim hair with scissors?

Imam Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “It is obligatory to shorten the hair in a way that covers the entire head. The pilgrim performing Hajj or Umrah must shorten the hair from all parts of the head, just as shaving covers the entire head. However, if someone was unaware of this, then there is no blame on him, in shaa Allah, if he shortened only part of it. He must ensure in the future, in shaa Allah, that he shortens the hair from all around the head. As for what has passed, there is no blame, in shaa Allah.”
