AhsanAllahu ilaykum-person says "i developed skills (i.e. of earning money/problem solving etc) & have them for life as long as I keep practice. Allah already gave me so i dont need to seek His help to do it anymore. i only need to ask if i need a new skill or to get better" is this true?

The person who said this has fallen into great ignorance and is upon grave danger, you need Allah's aid in everything in every breath you take and every blink of an eye. How don't you need the help of Allah even if u have the skill you might make mistakes or miss your target. This is very very dangerous to say and he should repent to Allah immediately.
