أحسن الله إليكم If I absolutely cannot attend the first jummah, should I go to the 2nd one that’s being held after the first, or pray zuhr by myself?

If it is an urgent necessity to hold the 2nd jumua as there is no way to pray 1 jumua in any way shape or form, some of the people of ilm allowed this under such circumstances, like our sheikh Sulayman Al-Ruhaily, and Allah knows best.
