If one realized they did something in their wudoo/prayer for a long time what must they do? Also any kind words as many feel very upset with themselves after. (ex wiping the feet instead of washing, due stillness of water/awrah/sitting in 5 prayer)

Some of the people of ilm say you have to make up the salah for your invalid wudhus. Sh Al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah sees that you don't make them. And you should repent from that and learn your religion well to avoid these mistakes.
