Ahsan Allahu ilaykum. For the "qadar" (quantity) for the 6 matters to avoid to not commit a bida, it is explained that it means: we cannot increase in something legislated. What if someone decreased, like paying 1% zakah al maal. Would this also be a bida'?

You are giving to charity may Allah reward you not that u r saying the sunnah is to pay more. No you generously added more money to help the poor as a general sadaqah.
