Whats the definition of minor shirk? Is pleading and crying to someone do to something is it a minor shirk? Example i asked my brother for a laptop but i cried asking it multiple times, i commited minor shirk? Also someone said asking multiple times while crying to someone for wordly thing is shirk

No this is not correct, it is not shirk, it is not even forbidden. But it is brtter if you don't cry for a laptop, may Allah give you the best rizq ameen.
