Assalaamualaikum Sheikh, If someone has severe dust and seasonal allergies and masjid near them is full of dust which triggers allergies very seriously making them struggle in other prayers and there are only barelvi masjids near them what should they do and is it ok to pray at home because of this?

If it is as u say very severe then pray jama'ah at home.
