Aḥsana Allāhu ilaykum, Would my wuḍū’ be valid if I apply Vaseline (petroleum jelly) to my hands and feet? I wash thoroughly when making wuḍū’, but I feel it may form a barrier between the water and the skin. This sensation might just be due to the moisture, but I’m not sure. May Allāh bless you.
