Ahsan Allahu ilaykum. In lesson 4 manhaj al salikin ~39:50-40:40. Paraphrased: from the uses (of the aaniyah) is to buy/aquire them, he keeps them to sell them later, it is permissible for men & women, and they must pay zakah. It is also stated like this in the lesson 4 notes. Jazak Allahu khayr
