There is a deobandi masjid that is 7 minutes walk away from my house (UK). 1. Is it permissible to pray there or would it be better to pray at home (alone)? 2. Is it obligatory to pray the 5 daily prayers there? Am I sinful if I don’t? 3. Can I pray Jumuah prayer there?

It depends on the Imam akhi, if it is a kufri bud'ah then do not behind him. Also, u can pray jama'ah at home. In addition, it is favored to pray in a masjid upon the sunnah if it is close in sha'a Allah.
