السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة احسن الله إليكم If a ball lightly bounces on someone’s car and a small piece of paint comes off, but the paint was already peeling/weak, am I responsible in Shariah since the damage only happened due to its prior condition? جزاك الله خيرا و بارك الله فيكم

You caused it akhi, so you should go and speak with rhe owner of the car and sort it out.
