Ilm al yaqeen is the hadith which is accepted without a doubt not needing investigation (Al-Mutawatir) Ilm an-nadhari is that which requires investigation in order to get to the point where you do not have any doubt about it (Al-Ahad)

Take it as a general rule, whatever is affirmed that the Prophet said it, then it is certainty for us we believe in it, abide by it, and act upon it.
