I am enrolled in a paid mentorship program. The knowledge I gain is ultimately from this program. If I explain to others what I learned (in my own words, not sharing the actual videos/materials), am I sinful for giving them knowledge that they did not pay for? Or is this allowed like sharing ʿilm?

Out of respect you can ask if they allow such a thing as it might be something that only those in the program are allowed to learn for example, and i highly doubt that this is the case, otherwise, you can.
