As Salam alaykum What is the reason for shafaah does shafah mean that someone can Change what Allah wants?

No, it is mercy and forgiveness from Allah, however Allah honored some of His creation by allowing them to do shafa'ah and ask from Allah's Mercy so it shows their ubodiyyah to Allah and their high status.
