السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته IS dust itself considered a صَعِيدًۭا. And if dust is considered a صَعِيدًۭا then if it is on a modern painted wall, then can we do taymmum of that wall if the dust is on the wall. And to do tayammum must the صَعِيدًۭا have dust.

Dust yes if it is from the earth as for painted walls these are heated and prepared, so they don't take the same ruling.
