Assalamu alaikum Ustadh. Should a female do wudu for every Salah if she has Yellow discharge due to hormonal imbalances or some pills? Can she pray with same wudu if it's continuous?

That depends, if the discharge is continuous, then this can be considered as istihadhah and you put something to absorb this and it doesnt spoil your clothes and underwear, change this and clean for every salah if there is no hardship upon u in this, and make wudhu for every salah.
