احسن الله إليكم Someone has cheated for some courses during his bachelor which he obtained it few years ago. He has been regretting it for some time now, and he repented. What should he do now? Can he work in the same field as his bachelor? Or does he need to tell the university about it?

He can work and he must repent. However, he should study and become competent in regards to his field so that he doesn't harm others due to his lack of competency as it is expected especially in the area he cheated in.
