Ruling on memorising by repeating a section of quran which shouldn't be recited by itself. For example person sits down and repeats from surah buruj "يتوبوا فلهم عذاب جهنم ولهم" to memorise middle of ayah, or repeats "فويل للمصلين" then leaves without reading other ayat / parts of ayat.
