Would eating sushi and salads prepared with sushi vinegar (containing red wine vinegar, spirit vinegar, and rice vinegar) be permissible, given that some herb dressings used also contain traces of alcohol?

What I know is that red wine vinegar is not alcohol it is just the name so there is no harm in that and Allah knows best.
