Ustadh, if a father’s wealth was obtained entirely through haram means (such as stealing, unlawful government benefits, or deceiving others), what is the Islamic ruling regarding inheritance from such wealth?

Stealing must be returned to the lawful owner, this is mandatory upon the heirs. As for if he acquired through gambling or other forbidden means it is halal for you, but he has to answer for that, and Allah knows best.
