اسلام عليكم Is it correct to say things like protection after reciting Ayatul Kursi is “by the permission of Allah” or to say that “Allah grants you protection as a benefit from reciting it” and the likes? جزاك الله خيرا

The Qur'an itself doesn't cure, it is all by the Will of Allah.
