Assalaamualeikum, I lent someone $5, and they gave me 10% of their business. Is it permissible to sign the contract that says in 1 year, they will pay me back my $5, and after that I must sell my 10% back to them, with the price based on 10% of the year's income of the business? BarakAllah.
