السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته If a man is being robbed and threatened of being killed (with a knife/pistol), is he obliged to defend himself, even if it might cost his life? And does this same ruling apply to women as well? I am asking sincerely and only out of curiosity, not to stir any fitnah.
