السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته احسن الله إليكم If you pirated a game in the past while it was being sold, but now it’s not anymore, what do you have to do right now?

Repent and return the money to them, if u r not able to then make sadaqah on their behalf if they are Muslims and if in the future u find a way even if u have already given to charity, u return the money to them. If none of this is doable, repentance alone is sufficient in sha'a Allah.
