A sister asks: shes a revert and asks if its permissible to cut ties with her kuffar family bc they abuse her and dont allow her to pray or wear hijab and niqab

I can only answer generally and islamically, she knows her situation best and she decides. If she is an adult, yes she can cut the ties in exception for her parents she can send them messages on the phone or so from time to time saying hi and if they need something, but she should not allow anyone to harm her or her religion.
