What time does the morning and afternoon Adkhar start?

The time for the morning adhkār (remembrances) begins at the break of dawn (ṭulūʿ al-fajr) and ends at midday. As for the evening adhkār, their time begins from the sun’s decline from the middle of the sky towards the west (zawāl al-shams) until midnight.
