I heard that if one does not complete the Quran once a month, then he has abandonded the quran. But what if I read the quran and complete it not in a month but a time period less than a year, is that still okay? What should I do in this case, as 21 pages daily in a month would be much difficulty.

Just do what you are able to and is not difficult and bit by bit it will become easier and maybe you can do more.
