Ahsan Allahu 3alikum Ustadh, Is it legislated to repeat the iqamah like the adhan, including the words "qad ka matis salah"? What about saying "haqqan la ilaha ila Allah" afterwords? May Allah reward you.

Yes, and some of the people of ilm said u remain silent when they say qad qamat assalah. As for saying haqqan la ilaha illa Allah this is a bid'ah that we need to advise one another with staying away from.
