السلام عليكم My Brother wears an orthodontic gutter (the innovative transparent ones). Is it wajib upon him to remove it for rinsing his mouth in wudu (i.e. does the water have to reach the teeth)? Does it take the same ruling as the 9th condition of wudu (removing barriers)? خزاک الله خیرا

What is sufficient is that water enters and moves that's it. This is on the opinion that it is mandatory to do so.
