AhsanAllahu ilaykum I go in a uni where there is free mixing in a non Muslim country . I’m forced to do some assignments with the opposite gender what type of interactions would be considered haram?

If u are forced and don't have a choice then try to avoid or minimize contact and get the assignment done so that u don't have to engage like this anymore.
