,سلام عليكم At my local Masjid in US, we have a Board of 9 who runs the Masjid (led by President (Ameer)). These Board Members are determined via voting. Is this system Haraam? Is it Haraam to vote in this, or to run to be on the board? What about voting for women, or running to be on the Board?
