Ahsanallahu ilaykum Whats the ruling on prsying behind someone who can't say ر right

Ustadh AbdulAziz al-Haqqan
Imam Ibn ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله said in Fatāwā Nūr ʿalā al-Darb (Rulings on Imāmah / Question No. 18): > “Others hold that his leadership in prayer is valid; because whoever’s own prayer is valid, his leadership is valid as well. And because he has fulfilled what is obligatory upon him, which is to fear Allah, the Exalted, as much as he is able. Allah, the Most High, says: ‘So fear Allah as much as you are able’ [al-Taghābun 64:16]. And if the one incapable of standing is allowed to lead those who are able to stand, then this case is similar; for each one is incapable of completing a pillar: that one with regard to standing, and this one with regard to recitation. This view is the correct one: that the leadership of an al-athlgh (one who cannot properly pronounce certain letters, substituting one letter for another) is valid, so long as this is the extent of his ability. However, along with this, it is more appropriate that the congregation should choose someone without such a deficiency to lead them, as a precaution and to avoid dispute.”
