أحسن الله إليكم وإلى أهلكم يا أستاذ If I travel to my university city (~100km away) with intention of staying less then 2 days, and on the way I stop to pray in a masjid less than 70km from my home city, do I take the ruqsa to shorten the prayer or pray full? بارك الله فيكم

When you pray behind a person who is not traveling, you don't shorten the prayer even if you are travelling.
