Dear Shaykh, may Allah reward you with good. I had a question about composit teeth, to put on top of your own teeth functions as a layer of protection and better looking, there is nothing done to your own teeth like facings. Is this permissible?

If it is for looking better and not for an actual need then it is forbidden is the fatwa of many of the scholars.
