If we open a bank account with interest (as there are no islamic banks) for future need and discard the interest when received, is this included in dealing with riba and the one who the prophet cursed?

If there is no other way, and you need an account, then you can to the extent of your need and whatever they give in interest you give to charity for the Muslims.
