‏السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته احسن الله إليك Al Imaam Bin Uthaymin mentions in his explanation of Al Bayquniyyah that there is disagreement for whether a person's asl is 'adaalah or not. Is there a correct opinion and who mentioned this?

There is a difference of opinion however the overweight view is the view that Sheikh Al Islam ibn taymiyyah went with with which is that the asl is not adalah.
