أحسن الله اليكم Ustadh, رفع اليدين when standing up after the first تَشَهُّد, is it attributed to the beginning of the 3rd ركعة (specific ركعة, i.e., after the 2nd ركعة), or attributed to standing up after any تَشَهُّد? For the مَسْبُوق, it gets a bit confusing, e.g., when the 1st ركعة is missed.
