السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ahsanallahu ilaykum. Before Allah guided me to practice the deen I had braces without any issues/deformities with my teeth. Should I ditch my retainer as well as remove the metal permanent retainer they attached to my teeth and allow them to shift back naturally?
