السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I don't wear hijab in public around my parents because they will rip it off me or throw a tantrum because they're non muslim, am I sinful ?

I asked one of our sheikhs and he said if you are in a country where the authorities can protect you then let them do so, if not then you are forced and there is nothing upon you.
