Ahsanallahu Ilaikum, beloved ustadh. A brother’s area is flooded with sewer water due to heavy rain. Walking through it is possible but risks sickness, which affected his family before. They only go out for essentials or passport issues. Is salah in the masjid still mandatory in this case?
